    Who builds it?

    Metal America makes, delivers and installs it, and your contract is with Metal America. We're an independent dealer: we handle the design, quote and updates.

    Is the price on the site the final price?

    No. Listed prices are Metal America's starting prices. Your written quote uses Metal America's current pricing for your size, options and ZIP code.

    Do I need a permit?

    Permitting may be required, and you're responsible for confirming local requirements. Engineered drawings and certifications are included to help. What to ask.

    Can I cancel after I sign?

    Your Metal America contract includes a 48-hour cancellation window: cancel within 48 hours of signing and your deposit is refunded. After that, the deposit is non-refundable.

    How long does it take?

    It depends on season and region. Your quote gives Metal America's current estimated lead time, confirmed on your order. We can't promise a delivery or install date.
